In this image I'm highlighting a divot or cavity around the neck.
This portion of the neck may be the most interesting as it is completely opposite what you'd expect to see if this area were compressed or crumpled it is more of a cavity than a compression feature.
combining all these compression zones and the cavity around the neck together seems to point to a formation scenario.
In a tug of war, as people dig their feet into the soil, the dirt builds into mounds on the side resisting the force of direction while the trailing direction forms a cavity.
It appears to me Thule was hit by an impactor which ejected debris out of the crater forming crumpled layers or zones while simultaneously crumpling portions of Ultima in the direction of impactor's direction of travel creating leading ridges and a trailing divot around the base of the neck.
